Team & Members

Invite team members, manage roles, and control who has access to your ReportsMate account.

Team members are available on Professional (up to 5 members) and Professional Plus (up to 50 members). Starter plans are single-user only.


Roles

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerFull access: manage clients, platforms, schedules, team members, billing, and settings
MemberManage clients and platforms; view reports and email logs. Cannot manage billing or invite/remove team members.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the team member's email address.
  4. Select their role (Member or Owner).
  5. Click Send Invitation.

The invited person will receive an email with a link to accept. If they do not have a ReportsMate account, they will be prompted to create one.

Invitations expire after 48 hours. You can resend from the Team Members page if needed.


Accepting an invitation

  1. Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
  2. If the person has an existing account, they are added to the team immediately after signing in.
  3. If they are new, they create a password and are then added to the team.

Changing a member's role

  1. Go to Settings → Team Members.
  2. Click the role badge next to the member's name.
  3. Select the new role from the dropdown.
  4. Confirm the change.

Removing a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team Members.
  2. Click the Remove button next to the member.
  3. Confirm the removal.

Removed members lose access immediately. Any clients, platforms, or schedules they configured are retained.


Transferring ownership

  1. Go to Settings → Team Members.
  2. Click Transfer Ownership next to the member you want to make the new owner.
  3. Confirm. You will be downgraded to Member.

Only Owners can transfer ownership.
