Team & Members
Invite team members, manage roles, and control who has access to your ReportsMate account.
Team members are available on Professional (up to 5 members) and Professional Plus (up to 50 members). Starter plans are single-user only.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access: manage clients, platforms, schedules, team members, billing, and settings |
| Member | Manage clients and platforms; view reports and email logs. Cannot manage billing or invite/remove team members. |
Inviting a team member
- Go to Settings → Team Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member's email address.
- Select their role (Member or Owner).
- Click Send Invitation.
The invited person will receive an email with a link to accept. If they do not have a ReportsMate account, they will be prompted to create one.
Invitations expire after 48 hours. You can resend from the Team Members page if needed.
Accepting an invitation
- Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
- If the person has an existing account, they are added to the team immediately after signing in.
- If they are new, they create a password and are then added to the team.
Changing a member's role
- Go to Settings → Team Members.
- Click the role badge next to the member's name.
- Select the new role from the dropdown.
- Confirm the change.
Removing a team member
- Go to Settings → Team Members.
- Click the Remove button next to the member.
- Confirm the removal.
Removed members lose access immediately. Any clients, platforms, or schedules they configured are retained.
Transferring ownership
- Go to Settings → Team Members.
- Click Transfer Ownership next to the member you want to make the new owner.
- Confirm. You will be downgraded to Member.
Only Owners can transfer ownership.

To add more members than your plan allows, upgrade under Settings → Billing.
