Managing Clients

Add, edit, archive, and delete clients. Understand client limits and statuses.

Clients are the businesses or brands you send reports for. Each client has their own platform connections, report schedule, and recipient email address.

Adding a client

  1. Go to Clients in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Client.
  3. Fill in the client details:
FieldRequiredNotes
Client nameYesShown in reports and your client list
Recipient emailYesWhere report emails are sent
WebsiteNoShown in the report footer
TimezoneYesDetermines when scheduled reports are sent
CurrencyYesFormats spend and revenue figures in the report
  1. Click Save.

Editing a client

  1. Go to Clients and click the client name.
  2. Click Edit on the client detail page.
  3. Update the fields you want to change.
  4. Click Save.

Changes take effect on the next scheduled report.

Client statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveReports are sent on the configured schedule
PausedSchedule is temporarily disabled; no reports sent
ArchivedClient is hidden from the main list; no reports sent

To change a client's status, open the client and use the status control on the detail page.

Archiving a client

Archiving hides the client from your main clients list and stops all scheduled reports. Archived clients and their data are retained — you can un-archive at any time.

To archive: open the client → click Archive Client.

To view archived clients: use the status filter on the Clients list page.

Deleting a client

Deleting a client permanently removes the client and all associated data (platform connections, schedule, email logs). This cannot be undone.

To delete: open the client → click Delete Client → confirm.

Archiving is usually the safer option if you may need the client's data in the future.
