Billing cycle

Plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes a discount over the monthly rate.

Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribe. Invoices are generated automatically via Stripe and emailed to the account owner.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the new plan and billing cycle.
  4. Enter payment details if not already on file.
  5. Confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
  3. Confirm.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g. 45 clients downgrading to Starter's 20-client limit), you will need to archive or delete clients before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm.

Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, you will be moved to a free tier with limited access (no new reports sent). Your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Trial period

All plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required.

During the trial:

  • All features of the selected plan are available
  • Reports will be sent on your configured schedule
  • You can switch plans or cancel at any time with no charge

At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you do not subscribe, scheduled reports will stop sending.

Invoices and receipts

All invoices are available under Settings → Billing → Invoices. You can download PDF copies for accounting purposes. Invoices are also emailed to the account owner automatically.

Payment methods

ReportsMate accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Update Payment Method.
